How to install or update Flash Player on Google Chrome
By default, Google Chrome comes with an integrated Flash Player plug-in (so called "Pepper Flash Player"), which updates automatically through Google Chrome. To have the latest Flash Player in Chrome you just need to keep Google Chrome up-to-date.
Note: An exception to this may be, if you have previously disabled the built-in Flash Player in Chrome. Chrome then uses the normal download plug-in version of Flash Player if it is installed on your system. The steps to install and update it will then be the same as for all other browsers, which you can find below.
How to install or update Flash Player on other browsers
Make sure that the correct operating system and browser are selected
Note: Adobe's download page may have pre-selected a check box to install optional software (such as Google Chrome or McAfee Security Scan). If you do not want to install this optional software, you need to untick the checkbox before downloading Flash Player.
Click "Install Now" to download the installer file onto your computer
Close all browsers before running the installer file. Make sure that you have privileges for installing software on your computer.
Run the installer file and follow the instructions for the installation process.
If you encounter any problems during the installation, please check Adobe's help pages (PC / Mac) for possible solutions.
