To move the building from one place to another, make sure you have available space. Tap and hold the building you would like to move, and drag it to the location. Once the building can be placed, a green checkmark will be displayed as active.

Press the green checkmark and place the building.

Pay attention: you can move production buildings on the farm only. There is no option to move buildings in the city area.
