If your game is not working correctly, please try the following steps:

1. Restart the app
Double-click the Home button to see recently used apps, locate Spring Valley and swipe it up to force-close it.

2. Check for app updates
Open Google Play and tap the Updates icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. If Spring Valley is listed here, tap Update next to it to download the new version.

3. Free app's cache data
Go to Settings→ Apps→ Spring Valley → Memory / Storage → Free cache, then restart the game.

4. Reinstall the app
To delete the game, tap and hold its icon until it starts to wiggle, then tap the X button on the icon. Go to the Play Store and download the app again.
IMPORTANT: before deleting the app, make sure to write down your game account ID number and save the progress by connecting Spring Valley game to your Facebook account. Open the Game, go to Settings → Log into your Facebook account, then write down your game account ID number.

5. Free some system storage
Go to Settings → About to see the available capacity of your device. You can free up space by removing unused apps, videos and pictures.

6. Check network connections
Go to Settings → Network & Internet, and switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi networks. If needed, use VPN service to ensure better connection quality.

7. Check for system updates
Go to Settings → General → Software, and you'll see if any system updates are available.

8. Restart your device
This frees up system memory. Simply switch your device off and back on.

9. Turn off Animations, Sounds, and Music
Open the Game → Settings, and disable Animations, Sounds & Music checkbox if enabled.
