Please note that it may take the application store some time to process the payment. Make sure the payment has been processed successfully and does not appear as “Pending” (for App Store users). You can check your payment status in the purchase history section of your Apple account.
If the purchase has not been added to your profile, please contact our support team using the “Support” button in the game settings and attach a screenshot of your Google/Apple/Huawei/Amazon/Microsoft email receipt. You will receive an email receipt shortly after the purchase has been completed.
IMPORTANT: without a receipt we won't be able to help you properly. The receipt must include the date of the purchase, the name of the bundle, the price, and the transaction number. Please note that we do not accept bank statements or SMS alerts about money withdrawals.
