Your game progress is saved by logging into your Facebook or Google/Apple account.
You can save your game progress and continue playing on another device, right where you left off.
 
How to save the progress?
Please enter the game settings (gear icon in the upper left corner of the game screen):
 
 
To link your game progress to your Facebook or Google/Apple account, click on Account in the game settings.
 
 
In the window that pops up, select which account you would like to link your game progress to (Facebook or Google/Apple) and tap the respective button.
 
NOTE: There is only one way to synchronize progress - either through Facebook with the ability to play on different platforms, or through a Google/Apple account linked to a specific platform.
 
If you wish to unlink your game progress from your Facebook/Google/Apple account, please contact our support for help.
 
How to transfer your game progress linked to Facebook/Google/Apple?
  • Make sure your game is connected to Facebook or Google/Apple on your old device.
  • Download your game from the app store on your new device.
  • Connect your game in the settings to the same Facebook or Google/Apple account.
IMPORTANT: It is critical to start from the first device you played on, then log in with the same Facebook or Google/Apple account on the second device. If you start from the second device, you will not retrieve your progress!

Why is this useful?
You can connect the game to your Facebook or Google/Apple account in order to save the progress. This is particularly useful if you get a new device, as you will download the game again, log in with your account and pick up right where you left off.
 
If I connect my game to Facebook, will I be able to play with my Facebook friends?
 
For the time being, connection to Facebook serves one purpose only, to save your game progress. However, in the future we are planning to add a system of social interation in the game, so you will be able to play with your friends. Stay tuned for future updates!

You can also connect your profile to Game Center to share with your friends that you are playing Spring Valley. However, your game progress is not synchronized through Game Center directly.

I've lost my game progress. What do I do?

You can contact our support team directly by tapping the "Contact Us" button below. Please fill in the form and provide the following details:
  • ID number of your main game profile (if available);
  • The name of your game character;
  • Your game level on the main profile;
  • Information on the previously made purchases (if available).

NOTE: If you made purchases on your main profile, please send us a follow-up message and attach screenshots of your Google/Apple/Huawei/Microsoft/Amazon receipts.

This information will help our support team find your previous profile in the database and restore your progress.
