If you want to delete your personal data, please send us a request via the game. The contact button can be found in the game settings (the cogwheel in the top left corner). Our support team will receive a message from you containing your account ID number and process your request.
 
If you have encountered problems logging into the game, you can contact us via the button with the question mark on the loading screen or though this web form.
Please make sure to fill in the required fields and provide as many details as possible for us to be able to help you in the most effective way.
 
Why can't I just send you an email requesting to delete my personal data?

Our company (Playkot LTD) does not use end-to-end identifications of users, hence, we don’t have a link between your email address and player ID, so we can not identify you as a player via your email.
