If your game is not working correctly, please try the following steps:

1. Restart the app
If you do not know how to restart an app on your iOS version, please refer to the following article from Apple support and follow the instructions for your version.

2. Check for the app updates
Open the App Store, tap your profile icon at the top of the screen, then scroll down to see pending updates. Tap Update next to Spring Valley.

3. Clear the app cache
Go to Settings→ Apps→ Spring Valley→ Memory → Free cache, then restart the game.

4. Reinstall the app
To delete the game, tap and hold its icon until it starts to wiggle, then tap the X button on the icon. Go to the App Store and download the app again.
IMPORTANT: before deleting the app, make sure to save your account ID number (you can find it in the game settings) or save your progress by connecting the game to your Facebook profile/Apple account.

You can find the instructions in this article.

5. Free some system storage
Go to Settings → About to see the available capacity of your device. You can free up space by removing unused apps, videos, and pictures.

6. Check your network connection
Go to Settings → Network & Internet, and switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi networks. If needed, use VPN service to ensure better connection quality.

7. Check for system updates
Go to Settings → General → Software and check if any system updates are available.

8. Restart your device
This frees up system memory. Simply switch your device off and back on.

9. Turn off sounds and music
Open the game settings and disable sounds & music checkboxes, if enabled.

Please note that if you're using a jailbroken Apple device, there is no guarantee that Spring Valley will load correctly.
