The following is a list of actions our Support team can ban players for, if observed:
  • Using a nickname that is related to the game and creates a false impression that the player is involved in the moderation/administration staff;
  • Selling, or attempt to sell/ buy/ transfer game account. Selling, buying, lending or transferring game profiles to other players, including friends or family members, are against our Terms of Use.
    All game profiles detected in selling/transferring or attempts to sell/transfer to any other person are banned permanently with no ability to debate the penalty.
    Please note that any message posted in the official game community and containing an intention to sell/transfer the profile is treated as evidence of an attempt to sell/transfer the profile.
  • The use of any third-party software affecting the game progress and providing a player with any advantages is strictly prohibited.
    Please note that even a single use of such software (cheats) is a severe violation of the game rules. All profiles caught using mods/cheats are banned permanently without an ability to debate the penalty.
  • Abuse of refunds;
  • Using alt accounts to bypass the ban of another account;
  • In-game behavior that demonstrates calls for violence, inciting ethnic, racial and religious hatred in any form (for example, the use of inappropriate nicknames and symbols).
In conversations with the Support Service, the following actions are prohibited:
  • Offensive/insulting conduct, vulgar language (including surreptitiously);
  • Ignoring or discussing Support demands;
  • Off-top (publication of messages which are not related to the general direction of the game, in particular, messages on political, religious, and ethno-national topics);
  • Flooding and spamming (sending a large number of messages of the same type or duplicates/repeated meaningless messages);
  • Posting ad content not related to the game;
  • Placing materials of a pornographic and naturalistic nature and links to them;
  • Propaganda of narcotic, psychoactive and similar substances;
  • Calls for violence, inciting ethnic, racial and religious hatred.
After the first violation, the Support Service issues a warning to the player. In case of repeated violations, support inquiries from violators are automatically closed, further support is not provided.
