Video ads in the game are provided by our advertising partners. The number of available videos, their content, and frequency of display are regulated by internal algorithms of advertising networks, hence, we cannot influence these parameters directly.

If you stop seeing ad placements in the game, or when trying to get a bonus you receive the "No videos available" message, please don't worry! Sometimes videos may not be available for a while. Just keep playing, and they will surely appear after some time.

However, if after 2-3 days videos are still unavailable, please let us know via the "Support" button in the game settings.
