To ask your neighbours for help, you need to tap the "Ask neighbours" button in the quest's window and a list of your neighbours will appear. Select neighbours you want to request items from by tapping their photos. Tap the "Ask neighbours" button at the bottom right (the number of selected neighbours will be displayed). To select all neighbours just tick the "Select all" checkbox at the bottom left in the previous step.
Please note that one neighbour can only help you once a day.
There is a limit of 400 neighbours to help one building if you accept assistance in time, otherwise in 5 days the help offer will expire. You can have 5 unaccepted help offers for one building, to help it further you have to accept the offer promptly.
If you want your neighbours to take part in a party, concert or sports event (to get more stars, trophies, and hearts), you should “Invite” them; 4 neighbours maximum can take part in such events.
