In this article, we will give an overview of the account settings menu and explain how to contact support if you have any issues or questions on the game.

You can access the menu by clicking the down arrow next to your name just above the game screen.
Clicking on it, you will be able to access your account, the Supercity Youtube channel, our Help Center where you can consult all our support guides and events present in the game and how to contact our support and finally you will find the option to log out.

My account

In this tab, you have the following options:
- you can change your avatar (profile picture)
- you can copy and share your player ID
- you can change your player name
- you can connect your game progress to various external accounts

How to change your profile photo on the portal
1. Click on the circle showing either a blue head (if you have not set any avatar before) or your current profile picture (if you have set an avatar and wish to change it now).

2. In the window that pops up, choose the photo you want to add from your files and once chosen click on open.

3. Now if you want you can adjust your photo using the bar below it. By moving this bar, you will be able to enlarge or reduce your photo inside the square.
When you are ready, click on Ok. Your photo has now been changed.
If you do not like the photo you have put, instead of clicking Ok, click on the Cancel button and the previous photo will return.

Your player ID
Whenever you contact our support team, you are strongly recommended to add your player ID to your help request as our support specialists need it to access your game account information.

Just double click it to highlight the player ID, then use the Ctrl+C combunation on your keyboard to copy your player ID and then paste it in the help request form.

The 'Share' button (the blue button next to the Change button) allows sharing your player ID on Facebook. If you click on it, a popup window will appear where you can cutomise the details of your Facebook post.

You can change the name of your player account that is visible to other players.
To do that, click on the blue Change button next to your name, type the new name in the field and then click on 'Save'.

After you refresh the game page, a new name will be applied.

You can connect your game progress to various external accounts: Facebook, Google, email address, and Microsoft. There is a dedicated article on how to connect your game account to each of these services. Click HERE e to access it.


If you click on “YouTube”, you will be directed to our channel where you can view our videos. If you have not already done so, you can subscribe to our YouTube channel to stay updated on our new videos.

Help Center

By clicking on “Help Center”, you will be taken to our FAQ website where there are all the troubleshooting guides, game tips, detailed descriptions of our permanent and temporary events.
Also, this is where you can also contact our support department, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Contact Us” button.

Log out

The last option in the dropdown menu is "Log out".
If you click on it, you will log out of your current game account. So, when you access the portal the next time, you will be asked to log in first, and only after you do that, your game progress will load.
