You will find the receipt in your email. If you have made a real cash purchase in the portal and you have not gotten it yet, you will need to write to support and attach your payment receipt for that payment. If you use PayPal, then the receipt will go to that address you have listed for PayPal
Follow the on-screen instructions:
Add credit card or other payment information 1st. make sure you add an email address where you will find the receipt!
Next, you will see a pop up that tells you the email was sent to the address that you added:
So you go to your email and find the receipt:
If you don't see it you can type into the search bar this name: xsolla and it will pop up for you.
This is what you need to send to support so we can check your payment. If you do not send this information then we can't check for you.
