The game can slow down for various reasons. Its performance largely depends on the characteristics of your computer, browser settings and the quality of your Internet connection.

Minimum system requirements for a comfortable game

Operation system:
  • Windows 8.1:
    • RAM: 1 GB for 32-bit version or 2 GB for 64-bit version
    • Free hard drive space: 20 GB for 32-bit version or 32 GB for 64-bit version
  • Windows 10:
    • RAM: 2 GB for 32-bit version or 3 GB for 64-bit version
    • Free hard drive space: 32 GB for both versions
Processor:
  • 1 GHz or faster
Graphics adapter:
  • DirectX 9 or later with WDDM 1.0 driver 
Display:
  • Resolution 1024 x 768 pixels or higher
Internet connection:
  • Broadband connection with a minimum speed of 1 Mbps
Supported browsers:
  • Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest version)
  • Safari (latest version)
  • Microsoft Edge (latest version)
  • Opera GX (latest version)
Additional requirements:
  • JavaScript and Cookies should be enabled

What can you do if the game is running slowly?

Clear your browser cache and refresh the game page; restart your computer
This may resolve temporary errors and performance issues.

Close other browsers/programs on your computer and/or other browser tabs
This will redirect more power from closed windows, tabs and programs to the game.
 
Reduce game graphics quality/disable animation
This can be done in the game settings. You need to click the gear icon in the lower right corner of the game screen and click on the man and ladder buttons there to turn off animation and detailing.

Check Windows for updates
 Make sure you have the latest Windows updates installed on your computer: 

  1. OpenSettings >Update and Security >Windows Update.

  2. Click Check for updates.

Check how much free drive space is available 
Make sure there is enough free space on your hard drive for the game to run properly (at least 10 GB free). 

Update graphics drivers 
Outdated graphics card drivers can cause visual problems: 

  1. Open Device Manager.

  2. Expand the section Videoadapters.

  3. Right click on your video adapter and select  Update driver.

Reinstall the game
If problems persist, try deleting and reinstalling the game on your social network profile. Progress will not be lost. 

❗Note: the app is not expected to run at top performance on Windows XP , Windows 7. Also remember that it is NOT meant to be played on mobile phones or tablets.
 
If you use Google Chrome, check the following setting
If you run the game in Chrome browser, please copy the following and paste it into the address line (where you write the name of the website you want to visit): chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blocklist
