There are 45 chests in total and rewards drop on a random basis.
 
The main reward is Geological Museum of Budapest, size 7x7, can be placed anywhere

Each chest can be opened with 9 Ice Keys

Collect 11 coffee beans (Coffee House, Upgraded Coffee House)
Collect 8 sensors (Water Tower, Upgraded Water Tower)

Fawn III - 4 keys
Collect 5 radars (mouse, keyboard, web camera, phone, laptop, monitor, tablet, motherboard - Electronics Plant; mouse, smart watch, headphones - Upgraded Electronics Plant)
Collect 34 ropes (wool, tulle, denim, printed cotton, linen, Venetian lace, silk, velvet, lace - Textile Factory; wool, felt, cashmere - Upgraded Textile Factory).

2. Collect profits from certain buildings:
