In this event, you can open chests and receive guaranteed prizes from each of them.
There are 45 chests in total and rewards drop on a random basis.
 
The main reward is House of the Blackheads, size 7x7, can be placed anywhere
Every 24 hours: 4200 coins, 1-3 baubles/daffodils, 1-3 energy


Each chest can be opened with 9 Ice Keys
There are 3 ways to get the Keys:

Collect 9 reinforcements (Cargo port)
Collect 7 screw wrenches (in friends' cities)

Collect 8 pumps (Water tower, Upgraded Water tower)
Collect 21 jugs (Bakery, Upgraded Bakery)
Collect 16 valves (Premium Cottage)

Schools Science Fair III
Collect 6 books (School, Valley School)
Collect 17 maps of the stars (Stationery Shop, Upgraded Stationery Shop)
Collect 7 dandelions (in friends' cities)
 
2. Collect profits from certain buildings:
Lighthouse: 1 key every 24 hours
Student Campus: 1 key every 12 hours
Hermitage of Mother of God: 2-3 keys every 24 hours
Jewish Museum: 2-3 keys every 24 hours
Căpriana monastery: 2-3 keys every 24 hours
