To restore the Glassblower's Stall, you must have the Trader's Tent built and upgraded to level 3, and a Jeweler's Stall built.
The sequence is the following:
- upgrade the Oasis to level 2 (Trading Oasis)
- upgrade the Trader's Tent to level 2
- restore the Jeweler's Stall (Remember Everything quest)
To restore the Glassblower Shop, you need to complete the Glassblower Shop quest.
It includes 10 stages with a time limit.
