To begin restoring the Carpenter's Tent, you need to take the following steps first:
- restore the Oasis and upgrade it to level 2 (Trading Oasis)
- upgrade the Trader's Tent to level 4
- upgrade the Jeweler's Stall to level 3
- build Apprentice's Workbench #1 and 2
- upgrade Apprentice's Workbench #1 to level 2
- upgrade the Glassblower's Stall to level 2
- build the Tailor's Tent

The quest to restore the Carpenter's Tent is called "Piles of Sawdust". 
The quest includes 10 stages with a time limit.

Ask friends for 6 neon lamps
Collect 12 coloured lamps (Summer Mansion)
