Hi! This is Ann, a narrative game designer. I'll tell you about the story part of the expeditions.
Spring will bring significant changes to expeditions. In these changes, we tried to make the gameplay more complete, visual and predictable.
Dividing the Storyline
The first major change is that the entire expedition storyline is being split into different parts. What does this mean?
The expedition will have a main storyline and additional stories. The main storyline is the main story we want to tell you.
For example, in the first spring expedition we will try to find a recipe for becoming a real specialist. After all, all people sooner or later ask themselves this question. And the citizens of SuperCity are no exception. Mia, with the support of the Mayor, Sophie and Alice, will help the Country Club and at the same time look for this very recipe.
After completing the main story, you will have two additional stories waiting for you, which open one after another. And it’s you who decides whether to continue playing the event or not. If you are not tired and the thirst for adventure is still strong - go ahead!
Those who dare to play additional stories will be treated to an exciting reunion of classmates. You will also be able to help Mia prepare nice gifts for her old friends and make the Country Club an even more beautiful place to relax.
Reward for Every Part
The second major change: a pleasant reward at the end of each part of the story. This is a building directly related to this part’s story. In this way, we would like to help you preserve in your cities the memories of the stories you have completed.

This is Natalie, an expedition game designer. And I will tell you about the changes in the quest part of the future expedition.
As Ann has already said, we worked on the presentation of the storyline for the upcoming expedition.
We wanted to create a clear story division into the main and additional parts. It was important for us to convey that everyone can complete the main story and get something valuable for completing it. And if you dare to go through additional stories and manage to complete them, then even more cool prizes await you!
In addition, we decided to give you freedom to choose your rewards. Instead of a fixed line of rewards, the Resource Store will appear in the “Rewards” tab of the expedition.
For any energy spent, you will receive crystals that can be exchanged for valuable resources for the expedition or your city. And if the basic store items are not enough, you can unlock additional VIP store items. We plan to experiment with the content of the store, so we are really looking forward to your feedback on what else you would like to see there!
Other new items from this expedition include:
The Shops and Stalls will bring new tasks faster: in 30 minutes instead of 2 hours! Also, in addition to energy, they will bring a special resource, Cheese Plate. You will need it in the last additional story. Therefore, if you are determined to complete it, we advise you to start saving up Cheese Plates in advance!
Also, the last additional story will feature a new gameplay: in the Buffet Area, you will need to complete tasks to get important quest items, Party Favours. At the same time, 3 tasks will be available at once, there will be no waiting between tasks. In them, you will need both the usual expedition resources and the already mentioned Cheese Plates.
For the most indomitable players, we have brought back the old quest: reach the Field Kitchen, create the required number of Blueberry Macarons in it and receive a unique Macaron Column, which will give you valuable prizes during a certain period of time.
