We are launching the Ambassadors Program to support talented players and key community contributors, because many of you showcase creativity, some even manage fan groups and websites, create useful content, such as guides, help other players, and contribute much to the SuperCity community. We already have 30 Ambassadors worldwide, and we want even more amazing people who are ready to develop the game community join us.

for communication with the most engaged fans.

 

About the Ambassadors Program

The Ambassadors Program consists of four groups: Content Creators, Fan Group Admins, Moderators, and Active Players who contribute to the community. They are valuable to us because they influence a specific audience, extending it beyond the game and official communities.

Ambassadors are proactive players with leadership skills, creative thinking, and charisma. They are communicative, easily build connections, share honest opinions, and strive to improve the game.

We invite all interested players to join the program: Content Creators, Streamers, Fan Group Admins, Fan Site Hosts, Wiki Authors, Guide Creators, 2D artists, Club Leaders, and Helpers. This is a mutually beneficial partnership where Ambassadors may enjoy many exclusive opportunities.

If you create content that inspires others, show us your talent! We created this program to attract the most active and passionate players, giving them access to exclusive benefits that will help develop a stronger SuperCity community.

We seek long-term partnerships with every player ready to make the SuperCity community even better in any language!

 

Content Creators

Currently, there are no specific requirements for content creators, so this is a great opportunity to start your YouTube channel from scratch. The key is your desire to learn, create content, and grow your knowledge over time.

Your PC or laptop should be capable of running the game and recording video simultaneously using programs such as Xbox Game Bar, NVIDIA Shadowplay, OBS Studio, or others.

 

Fan Groups

We are looking for any fan group, but we have the following minimum requirements:

  • At least 100 members.

  • The group must be exclusively dedicated to SuperCity.

  • The group must be moderated daily to remove spam, scams, and other messages that violate community guidelines (especially in public groups).

 

Active Players

Active players are valuable community members who contribute to its development. We often notice such players in the community and might contact them. If you want to join the program, continue contributing to the community so that we see your efforts.

 

Moderators

Currently, we are not recruiting moderators. Stay tuned for updates! Please note that active players will be considered first for moderator roles.

 

Perks

One of the benefits of being a SuperCity Ambassador is collaboration with other program members and direct communication with Community Managers who have direct contact with the Development Team.

Our main goal is to provide the tools and support necessary to grow the game's community, including exclusive access to private channels on our Discord server and other useful resources.

We appreciate the contributions of Ambassadors to the community, as they spend their time not just playing the game but also improving the SuperCity community. That's why we reward Ambassadors with various bonuses, ensuring they don’t miss out on events due to the time spent creating videos, guides, wiki, answering comments, and more.

The primary language of the program is English. You can still join the program even if you do not speak English, but you may need to use a free online translator.

 

Rules

SuperCity Ambassadors become a part of our team and represent the face of our game. For the best interest of our players and team, every candidate must meet our expectations:

  • Follow the game rules.

  • Have no banned accounts.

  • Do not exploit game bugs, use cheats, or engage in activities that directly violate game rules.

  • Do not buy or sell accounts or in-game assets.

  • Do not use Ambassador status for threats, complaints, humiliation, or superiority over other players.

  • Adhere to the confidentiality agreement.

  • Treat others with respect.

  • Follow the laws of your country and Federal Trade Commission regulations.

  • Communicate positively.

  • Avoid harassment, doxing, or participating in "witch hunts."

  • Do not use your audience to attack, threaten, or insult other groups, administrators, or players.

  • Remove spam, scams, insults, and content violating game rules.

  • Avoid 18+ content.

We reserve the right to change the rules at any time and will notify Ambassadors directly in Discord chats. Violating the rules will result in penalties, including a warning, a discussion with Community Managers, temporary privilege suspension, and, in severe cases, removal from the program and loss of all privileges.

 

Non-Disclosure Agreement

Ambassadors will receive early access to unreleased content, test new updates, and interact with developers. They must agree not to disclose information from private sources before the official release date.

This ensures that Ambassadors understand the responsibility of having access to confidential content and the consequences of leaking information to friends, family, or anyone who is not a Playkot employee or an active Ambassadors Program member.

How do I apply?
Send an email to communitysc@playkot.com or contact Community Manager Nikita on Discord. Be sure to include the following information:

  • Game ID.

  • Your Discord nickname.

  • Your contribution to the community.

  • Link to your channel, group, or personal page.

  • If you enjoy creating videos, guides, artwork, or other creative content, share a link with us!

  • Your native language and any other languages you speak.

  • Your city and country (for timezone reference).

By applying, you confirm that you have read and agree to all the above information.

How will I know if I’ve become an Ambassador?
We will review your application and contact you via email or Discord messages. The selection process is ongoing, so if you don't hear from us immediately, we may reach out later. Once accepted, you will receive the Ambassador role on our Discord server and gain access to exclusive channels.

Can I record video for other games on my YouTube channel?
We have no issue with you featuring up to three other games on your channel.

My fan group covers other games besides SuperCity. Can I join the Program?
Unfortunately, no. We are only looking for fan groups dedicated exclusively to SuperCity.

Why Discord instead of Facebook Messenger or Skype?
Discord is very convenient for things like our Ambassadors Program. We have already brought together more than 30 Ambassadors in one place to make things easier for you. Discord already allows us to distribute information to everyone promptly. We also understand that you may be used to Skype and Messenger after a long time, so we are doing everything possible to make your transition to this new program smooth and easy.
