Ready for more room to dream, decorate, and experiment without tearing up your main city? Prosperity Point is a special premium location in SuperCity, created for mayors who want extra space, total freedom, and a fresh canvas to bring bold ideas to life.
What is Prosperity Point and How to Access It?
Prosperity Point is a temporary premium land that operates on a monthly subscription basis. This location is exclusively available for players on the Portal version of the game. You can access it via the hot air balloon located right in the center of your city. Once your subscription is active, you can travel there and start building right away!

Why You'll Love It
This isn't just "more land"—it’s a stress-free zone for your biggest architectural projects. All expansions here are completely free, and there are no obstacles to clear. You spend your time creating, not cleaning. The total size of Prosperity Point is 5x5 expansions, with each individual expansion giving you a generous 12x12 grid to build on. It's not just a decor zone! Anything you collect from buildings placed here still counts toward your overall game progress.
Need to clear your space quickly or save your setup before a subscription pause? You can easily send all your buildings back to your inventory with just a single button click!

It’s the perfect place to move big design projects off your main map, create themed districts (like festivals or parks), or try out different arrangements before committing them to your main city.
Important Limitations to Keep in Mind
To help you plan your city efficiently, please note the following technical rules for this location:
- Expansion Quests: Purchasing expansions in Prosperity Point does not count toward in-game tasks that ask you to "buy/get expansions". To complete those quests, you must purchase expansions in other standard game locations.
- Placement Restrictions: You cannot place the Wind Rose here. Additionally, buildings or decorations that require water or have strict location restrictions cannot be placed in Prosperity Point.
- No City Traffic: Buildings and decor placed here will not generate moving cars.
Managing Your Subscription
You are always in control of your monthly subscription (which is auto-renewable by default), and you can cancel it at any moment.

If your subscription ends, you will lose access to Prosperity Point. If you have buildings placed there when the subscription ends, you will be able to send them back to your storage, but their uncollected profit will be lost.
Treat Prosperity Point like a premium workspace. If you plan to pause your subscription, make sure you’ve collected all your profits and resources before it expires!
