All purchases on Facebook are processed through Meta Pay. SuperCity does not handle payments directly.

If you would like to request a refund for your purchase, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your payment history:
    Facebook Payment History →
  2. Find the purchase in the list and click on it.
  3. Scroll down and click Get help with this purchase.
  4. In the next window, click Contact us.
  5. Then select Email us to contact Facebook Support.

Please make sure to mention that you are requesting a refund for the associated charges.

After you submit your request, you will receive a reply from Meta by email. You can continue the conversation directly through that email thread.
