Requirements: the quest can be received by players level 15 +
Main reward is the Chateau d’Ouchy (4,100 coins, 3-5 daffodils, 3-4 energy, 3-5 tropical marathon points every 20 hours (for 16 days after placement), size 8*8, can be placed anywhere).
Each chest can be opened for 9 Spring keys.

Collect 11 Lollipops (Coffee House, Upgraded Coffee House)
Collect 5 Tomatoes (Pizza House)
Produce 5 lots of Sour cream (Dairy Farm)
