All in-game purchases are processed by the application store you used to download the game (Google Play or App Store).

In order to successfully make a purchase, please make sure your Internet connection is stable.
If the purchases you paid for were not recorded on your profile, please make sure your Internet connection is stable, reboot the game, and check whether the paid content appears in your gaming profile.

Please note that it may take the application store some time to process the payment. Make sure the purchase payment was successfully processed and does not appear as "Pending" (for App Store users). You can check your payment status in the purchase history section of your Apple ID account.

If the purchase was not added to your profile, please contact our support team using the "Help" button in the game settings. Please attach a screenshot of your Google Play/App Store email receipt. A receipt is sent to the email address attached to your account each time you make a purchase.
