At the moment, it is possible to transfer your game progress from one platform to another (from Android to iOS and vice versa) only with the help of our support team.
 
After the transfer, your game progress will only be available on the new platform.
 
Please provide the following information:
  1. Screenshots made from your old profile and from the new one on the platform where you would like to transfer the game progress.
  2. If you made any purchases in your old profile, please attach screenshots of Apple or Google Play email receipts to confirm that the profile belongs to you.
Note: please make sure that the new profile, to which you would like to transfer your game progress, is connected to your Google Play or to Game Center account.
