Progress on Android OS devices is saved by connecting to your Google Play account.
Possible reasons for the loss of your game progress on a single device:

1) You were playing without connecting your profile to your Google Play account. After reinstalling the game or doing a factory reset on your device the game progress was reset.
2) You were playing while connected to one Google Play account and then switched to another.

Possible reasons for the loss of your game progress on multiple devices:

1) You were playing without connecting your profile to your Google Play account. Your game progress restarted from scratch on the new device.
2) You were playing while connected to your Google Play account, but did not connect to the appropriate Google Play account on the new device.

If your progress was reset and you started the game using a new profile, please make sure you are connected to the Google Play account your profile synchronized with:

1) Start the game and choose the in-game settings screen (gear icon in the top left corner of the screen);
2) Press the "Connect" button and choose the Google Play account you used to connect to your game profile.

If you are unable to restore your game progress on your own, please contact our support team via "Help" button in the game settings. Please let us know the following information:

1) The reason for the loss of progress.
2) Your full nickname in the new profile and in the previous one you want to recover.

Note: If you made purchases from your old profile, please attach screenshots of your Google Play email receipts to your query in order to confirm your profile identity and restore your game progress.
